Contracts, ledgers, journals, financial statements, and other business records of this colonization company organized in Ireland in 1880 by John Sweetman to help Irishmen better their conditions by emigrating to the United States. Included are a number of deeds, homestead and mortgage certificates, and other land title documents for land in Murray County (Minn.), the constitution of a cooperative store, and several documents signed by Archbishop John Ireland.
